Why independent companies are good for the consumer.
Independent companies may not be able to get the volume pricing that large franchises get, but they do get pricing that is very close to the franchise product cost. What they do get is full flexibility over their pricing, product line, and the way they provide service and support to their clients. Independent companies also do not have to pay a monthly franchise fee for the privilege of having the national name. When this fee is taken into account, it can off set that volume pricing they get over the local, independent dealers.
As a local, independent company we pride ourselves on customer service and experience. Being local, and part of the community is our brand. We treat everyone one of our customers as family, if it’s a product we would have in our home, we are not going to sell it to you.
